If Honest Dumplings is new to your ears, or you have yet to try some of the husband and wife team’s delicious dumplings, then this is the perfect time for me to introduce. The Lunar New Year (or Chinese New Year) is this Saturday and there’s no better way to celebrate than with family, friends, and food! Over the holiday season, the duo came up with creative, yet familiar, flavours for their winter pack like Cranberry Jalapeño Turkey, Bacon & Brussel Sprouts, and Ham & Scalloped Potatoes. The pack is still available at online suppliers like SPUD Edmonton and The Organic Box, but it’s the new Year of the Rooster Pack that I have my eyes on!

They’re already available at their booth at Old Strathcona Farmer’s Market and Ben’s Meat & Deli. Much like their other variety packs, a pack of 16 handmade dumplings go for $19.99 and are such a treat to eat!
